It’s challenge time again over at the Sisterhood and I am so excited! There is still time to sign up so head on over! Still not convinced? Here is some more info on the Spring Fling Challenge:
For the next 8 weeks, this challenge is going to be all about unearthing our inner winners. Not only do we want to see you Shrink, but we want to see you Fling yourself into fitness! Through Teams, Monday Projects, and Fitness Challenges, there will be plenty of opportunities for your inner winner to shine through. Even though deep down we are all winners, in this challenge only ONE team is going to come out on top.
So I had my weigh-in this morning and let me tell you I could have sworn that I had gained. Today’s weigh-in was 156.8. In my mind I had that I weighed in at 156.4 last week so I figured I had gained .4 lbs. I wasn’t majorly stressing over it or anything as it was just .4 lbs and I knew why I had gained as this past weekend I wasn’t on my game at all. So it wasn’t until I logged in to make this post that I looked up last week’s weigh-in and was surprised to find that I had indeed lost! Not a lot but enough to put me still going in the right direction!
And other good news to report is that the dosage increase in my Savella has made a HUGE impact and I am feeling better than I have in a long time! My joints aren’t throbbing and I’ve got more energy. I’ve been able to start working out again too! I still have to keep it low impact due to my ankle but hey I will take what I can get! I did pilates yesterday and man am I feeling it in my core! I have also started doing a workout dvd called Mama Wants Her Body Back and it has been great! It is set up similar to the infamous 30 Day Shred (circuits of cardio, strength, and core). I wasn’t sure what to expect but I have been pleasantly surprised!
