Wednesday Weigh-in #6 – Spring Fling Challenge

It’s that time again at the Sisterhood!  I can’t believe the Spring Fling Challenge is more than halfway over!  It has been such a great experience and the ladies of Team G4 totally rock 🙂

As you know my health lately has been less than ideal so I wasn’t really looking forward to weigh-in today.  I haven’t eaten a lot but my choices just haven’t been the greatest.  It doesn’t help that Coke seems to the be only thing that can quell the nausea (and at 100 cal per 8oz that really adds up!).  Breakfast this morning made me want to curl up under my desk and die so for lunch I grabbed a handful of jelly beans.  Nice, eh? Plus pain has kept me from really exercising.  The weather has been great in the evenings so we have been able to take some walks but nothing really to get my heart pumping.  So this week, pain or not, I’m really going to try to step it up.

So here was the scale’s verdict this morning:  150.6.  So I was up 1 lb.  Nothing that I’m going to freak out over.  There was no way I could expect a 4 lb loss to stick but I am motivated to be sure that that pound (plus a friend or two) drop off by next week.  But as far as non-scale victories go, this past week I have had several compliments on my weight loss which definitely helps me stay motivated!  My challenge goal is definitely still within reach!

Starting weight: 164.4

Last week’s weigh-in:  149.6
Today’s weigh-in:  150.6
Change:  +1

Change for Challenge: -6.2
Overall Change: -13.8
