It is totally time to get this Shrinkvivor party started! I am so stoked! This is my 5th challenge at the Sisterhood and this is undoubtedly going to be the best one yet! I have to admit that the thought of being voted off and sent to Exile Island scares the beejezus out of me!
But I’ve got a wonderful tribe of awesome ladies – Tribe Burgundy Babes – and we are totally going to rock this!
I am really worried about how my appointment tomorrow at Duke will affect the challenge (you know if the S word gets brought up) but I am going to focus on the positive for now & we will cross that bridge when we get there!
At today’s weigh-in I was up just a tad from last week but I’m not stressing over it. I did a lot of traveling this weekend with family which doesn’t happen often. But from here on out its GAME ON!
Here are my stats:
Starting weight: 164.4
Challenge Goal Weight (10/18): 128
Last week’s weigh-in: 132.8
Today’s weigh-in: 133.4
Change: +0.6
Overall Change: -31
Challenge Change: 0
you can only do what you can do. and since the goal is to be healthy, then you can not get down if the nasty “S” word hampers your weight loss!
hugs and prayers for a great visit tomorrow.
GOOD LUCK!!!!! This is such a creative, awesome idea, and I am so excited to be participating! I hear ya, I cringe at the thought of Exile Island!!!
