Spring in 2 Action Check-in #2

Spring In2 ActionI’ve been trying to muster up the guts to post this check-in all morning. This past week was a BIG.FAT.FAIL. There is no other way to describe it.

No restraint.

No pushups.


Needless to say I was not surprised by any means when there was a gain. I’m up to 134. I’m up 1.8 lbs from last week. My new book has stayed on my night stand. Never even been cracked open. I’m just not sure what’s with me the past few days. I just hope it passes quickly. The weather is supposed to be amazing starting this afternoon so I’m hoping it means lots of running around in the yard and after-dinner walks.

Hopefully I’llĀ  have a more positive post next week.
