I’m joining the fun. But I can’t get the button to display on my blog???
If the code in the text box isn’t working, try just right clicking on the image to copy to your blog! I will check into that!

So fun! I posted mine on my blog ๐
(I hope I did the link up to your site right! Let me know if I need to work/post it differently) ๐

2- Do you prefer to read or write? Depends upon the brain fog. No brain fog I can read with brain fog I write really bad brain fog I watch commercial TV
3- Do you still live in the city that you were born in? I don’t even live in the same country I was born in.
4- If you could only have 1 TV channel, what would you pick? PBS: Create
5- What shampoo/conditioner do you use? Nature’s Gate and Jason (organic shampoos stop my hair from falling out by the fistfull)

7- Recommend a book/resource on faith, health, or infertility (ok so its not really in the form of a question but it works!). “Close to the Bone: Life Threatening Illness as a Soul Journey” by Jean Shinoda Bolen this covers the health and faith part but not the fertility part
My question for the group is does anyone know of a good beginers Tai Chi DVD for someone with CFS? Tai Chi has recently been recomended for people with fibro and patients have shown improvement. However, the study recomends that the patients practice with an experienced teacher in a group setting. For some of us that is impractical or impossible. There are lots of DVDs on Amazon but I’ve been burned on supposed beginer yoga DVDs before. i wouldn’t be able to do those poses even if I had been practicing for 20 years never mind just starting out. Of course now I also have the complication of having CFS so I have to do super easy stuff in very small amounts or face a huge crash.
That book sounds really interesting! I will have to look that one up! Thanks for sharing!
1- Are you in introvert or extrovert? Introvert
2- Do you prefer to read or write? Write
3- Do you still live in the city that you were born in? (more or less) Yes
4- If you could only have 1 TV channel, what would you pick? Gospel Music Channel
5- What shampoo/conditioner do you use? Herbal Essences
6- Do you take a daily multivitamin? No
7- Recommend a book/resource on faith, health, or infertility. I love the blog storytellERdoc.blogspot.com That’s kind of health-y. And for faith, I love Max Lucado’s books.
I will have to add that blog to my resources page!
1- Are you in introvert or extrovert? Sometimes too much of an introvert for my own good.
2- Do you prefer to read or write? I like to write poetry and letters. Reading is hard for me to pick up, because it requires a lot of focus. I need absolute quiet, and a calm mind to really be able to read.
3- Do you still live in the city that you were born in? No, I don’t.
4- If you could only have 1 TV channel, what would you pick? Normally I don’t watch TV, but if I had to choose I think I would pick the Discovery Channel.
5- What shampoo/conditioner do you use? My favorite shampoo is Organix Teatree Mint. It’s so invigorating and fresh.
6- Do you take a daily multivitamin? Nope. I’ve tried, multiple kinds, but my stomach is way too sensitive and they always make me sick…even if they don’t have iron in them.
7- Recommend a book/resource on faith, health, or infertility (ok so its not really in the form of a question but it works!). Hmm. Well I don’t really have one that is nonfiction and a resource, but I would really recommend the novel “The Red Tent.” I found it to be a powerful book for women.
8- What was the last song you listened to?
I hear you on sometimes being too much of an introvert for your own good – I am the same way! Which has been difficult to find a balance when working in ministry! I have heard really good things about The Red Tent so I will have to put that on my reading list!
I’m probably going to start a blog sometime soon, would you recommend WordPress?
I started in Blogger which was great but I highly recommend using WordPress.org! I thought it would be really complicated but its not! And there are so many ways to customize (both with themes and plugins). I am so glad that I made the switch! I use Twenty70hosting and I recommend her as well if you are going to use WordPress.org (versus WordPress.com).
Excellent. Thank you!
