Friday Words of Faith: When I Feel

When I feel ugly and unwanted. . .

sadI remember:

I will give thanks to You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made; Wonderful are Your works, And my soul knows it very well ~ Psalm 139:14

When I feel lost and uncertain . . .

lostI remember:

‘For I know the plans that I have for you,’ declares the LORD, ‘plans for welfare and not for calamity to give you a future and a hope ~ Jeremiah 29:11

When I feel abandoned in my suffering . . .

sufferingI remember:

For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory that is to be revealed to us ~ Romans 8:18

Praise the Lord for a God who understands how I feel and knows the Words that can give me comfort.
