6 years ago I walked down the aisle and started a new chapter is life with my best friend. It was such a beautiful and magical day (even though I did fall up the stairs!). We have been through quite in a bit in our first six years of marriage (3 surgeries, 3 new illnesses, 30 months of unsuccessful TTC, and 2 failed placements before our beautiful addition!). Through it all, John has been beside me every single step of the way. I could not have asked for a better partner, lover, friend, and confidant.
Who knew when we were just kids ourselves what would lie ahead:

We soon found out how serious the “in sickness & in health” vows that we shared would really be:

We had lots of ideas of where we thought we would be in life by now and although things didn’t necessarily work out according to our plans, I wouldn’t have it any other way! God worked everything out just the way it should be!

Thanks Ann! I am very lucky to have a great husband who has stood beside me through it all! I don’t think he understood the seriousness of the “sickness & health” vow 6 years ago!
