Wednesday Weigh-in – Day 7 of the 21 Day Challenge

Sisterhood 21-Days ChallengeOk.  I am going to be completely honest.  I have royally stunk at this 21 Day Challenge.  I have yet to achieve any of my goals.  Not to say that I won’t in the end but up to this point – bad Jamee!  I have been really focused on the whole GF/Celiac thing.  Then this past weekend was Abby’s first birthday party and I indulged in waaaay too much cake (I was getting ready to give it up for life!  That’s serious!).  So I was pleasantly surprised this morning when I hopped on the scales – 147.0.  Okay not a record breaking loss but its still a loss!  So I am really going to work hard these next 14 days to make these goals habits!

Heres my info:

Habit Goals:
1- Water Intake = 48 ounces (I drink like 2 now so I will start with 48 and work up from there!)
2- Fruits & Vegetables = 5 servings a day
3- Sit-ups & Push-ups = Do 50 sit-ups (reg & reverse) and 25 push-ups every night before bed

Here are my stats:
Starting weight: 164.4

Last week’s weigh-in:  147.4
Today’s weigh-in:  147.0
Change:  -.4

Overall Change: -17.4
