Wednesday Weigh-in!

Drumroll please……….


I am down 2.2lbs from last week!  Woo-hoo!  I am so happy!  I completed week 1 of Couch to 5k and have really been trying to watch what I eat and drink!  I am a Dr. Pepper-a-holic but I have gone a whole week without the good stuff (I cannot imagine the calories that that has saved!).

This next week will be tough because of work schedules and holiday travel but I am going to try to stick to it as much as possible!  We’ve been dealing with a sick baby (she’s working on cutting another tooth) so it has been challenging to get enough rest.  Both Abby and I got our H1N1 vaccines yesterday so I hope I don’t start oinking before the day is over…lol.

I have to say that seeing a weight loss has really pumped up my motivation to keep on track and stick to the program!

Starting weight:  164.4
3 month goal: 149.4

Today’s weigh-in:  162.2
Change:  -2.2

Overall Change:  -2.2
