Wednesday Weigh In

I was a little hesitant to step on the scale this morning.  Between the Thanksgiving feasts and taking care of a sick baby, I know that my food choices were not stellar and I haven’t been able to stick to my C25K plan.  So once I convinced myself to hop on the scale, I shut my eyes and slowly looked down at my feet to see what the digital display had to say.  It was 161.2.  Not half bad!  I just slightly up from last week (less that half a pound) but am still down overall!  Yay!  I was really hoping to get a run in today but the cold rain may create other plans.  I am hoping to at least get in some pilates or yoga.  Which do you think would be better?
