Wednesday Check-In: Power of One #4

Power of One Challenge

I am beyond pissed. Royally angry with myself. Today’s weigh-in: 131. Another gain of 2.6lbs. Since the start of the year I am up 6lbs. I am beyond disgusted. I have 4 weeks left in the challenge to reverse this trend and actually prove to myself that I can hold my own and maintain my goal weight. Game On.

        I downloaded myfitnesspal app to my phone to track all calorie intake, drinking water, had a slim-fast for breakfast and have my gym bag packed to workout on my lunch break!

      I know how it feels, every time i get within 2 pounds of my goal weight I end up gaining that week. so frustrating.

        I’m just mad that I held my goal weight for close to 2 months and then I’ve gained 6 lbs in 3 weeks. Ugh.

      Sounds like you’ve got this! Seems like maintaining is every bit as hard as losing sometimes. But you’ve got yourself in check now! Let’s hear how good you did in your next weigh in!

      I’ve been there and done that. Many times. You can pull yourself out of the funk though. I promise. Definitely take that anger and turn it into motivation girl!!!!
