Counting Down to Spring: eShakti

I don’t know about you but I am dying for spring to arrive. I am over cold weather, jackets, and needing layers. I am ready for lots of sunshine, airy fabrics, and my toes getting out of socks and into flip-flops! Last year I had the opportunity to review eShakti’s beautiful clothing lines (remember this adorable green shirtdress?) and when they contacted me about the launch of their new spring collection, I gladly agreed!

It was so hard to choose from all of the cute options but I ultimately chose this cute little number:

eShakti-Review

I love dresses for spring but I typically stick to solid colors (especially black) so I took a leap of faith and went completely out of my comfort zone with this print but it totally paid off! I am in love! I feel sassy and beautiful! I feel like it fits my body in all the right places! One of my favorite things about this company is just about every piece is customizable! Not only do they make each item specifically for you using your measurements, you can also alter the sleeves, length, and add (or remove) pockets to meet your specific needs. I’m not a huge fan of my arms so I prefer to have them covered so I was able to add cap sleeves as well as adjust the length of the dress so I can feel completely comfortable and beautiful in my new dress!

Some of my other favorites include this illusion mesh print dress and anchor print dress! I think I am now hooked on prints!

Definitely head over to eShakti and check out their Spring line! If you find something you love, you can use the code NEWKNDFNRM to save 20% off your order through March 20th!

What is your favorite piece?

***Disclosure: I was provided this dress from eShakti to facilitate this review but as always opinions are completely 100% my own***

(review) Mr. Chewy = Happy Dogs

Mr. Chewy Dog Products If you’ve been a reader of my blog for any length of time you will know that my dogs play a big role in our family. They are our four legged children (often referred to as our girls) for better or worse and I cannot imagine our lives without them! Charlie has been my sidekick for almost ten years and has been a therapeutic presence in the midst of my illness.  Chloe provides comic relief and is Abby’s partner in crime.

So when the opportunity to check out the new site Mr. Chewy I was totally excited! I think the girls may have been even more excited when the box came in the mail! Mr. Chewy is a one-stop shopping experience for dog and cat owners that includes pet food, treats, and toys! With over 70 brands, you are sure to find what you are looking for! They also provide a subscription service that creates hassle-free delivery of your favorite pet products!

In our house, we have to be choosy about dog food and treats and Chloe does not tolerate corn well so we typically need to buy grain-free products which can be difficult when you live in a small town so I was very impressed with the wide selection of grain-free products that Mr. Chewy’s had to offer:

Mr Chewy Grain-Free Treat Variety

The girls were very willing to drive right in and start reviewing products!

Charlie took the sitting approach:

While Chloe preferred to stand:

As someone who has shopped many times online for dog food, treats, and toys, I have been very impressed by Mr. Chewy in both product selection and customer service. When I placed my order I had forgotten to enter my promo code and contacted customer service. Within minutes my issue was resolved in a efficient and courteous manner. Shipping was free on orders over $49 and my products arrived on my doorstep within two days! I will definitely be a returning customer!

My Baby Clothes Review & GIVEAWAY!

It’s no shocker that my daughter is more fashionable than I am. I definitely relish being the mom of a girl as I can shop for clothes, shoes, AND accessories. I love it all! She’s pretty girly too so she loves purses and hairbows. She hates getting her hands dirty and heaven help us if she sees a bug (don’t know where she gets that one from….LOL). While I’m trying to spend some time focusing on my wardrobe (as you can see from my WIWW post), I couldn’t pass up on an opportunity to do a  My Baby Clothes review and in turn offer a giveaway to you wonderful readers!

Selecting an item to review was a challenge because they offer so many different things! Besides the obvious baby clothes, they offer a wide range of accessories including baby headbands and baby hats.  They also offer specialty items, such as personalized clothing, diaper bags, and tutus!

After browsing the site for what seemed like forever, I chose the Hot Pink Little Sprout Tab Dress (which has the option of being personalized). The quality was great and it is super cute! The shipping was very timing as well. The only complaint I have is that the sizing runs really small on this particular dress (which has to do with the manufacturer not the vendor) but it will look cute with leggings too!  Here is my model:

So now it is your turn! My Baby Clothes is offering a $25 Gift Certificate to one lucky reader! Giveaway is open to US residents only and winner will be selected using random.org on Monday July 25th! Please leave your email address in your comment so I have a way of contacting you!
