Spring is right around the corner!

Literally! The first official day of Spring is this weekend! Wahoo!

And while it is literally pouring rain outside my window right now and quite chilly, the forecast for the rest of the week is sunny and in the 70s! And with that extra hour of daylight, it means lots of outdoor time at our house!

We were lucky to be gifted a swing set for Abby last week so every time she passes by the french doors in the dining room, she says “Outside!” regardless of the time of day or weather condition (we had to console a crying toddler last week because it was monsooning outside yet she thought it was the perfect time to slide).

Since our outdoor time is increasing, we have been keeping our eyes open on outdoor furniture. We’ve got a couple of plastic chairs from our apartment and while they do the job and aren’t completely ugly, we would like to upgrade a bit. We’ve got plan to put down a simple brick patio and would like some chairs to add to we can enjoy our spring and summer evenings outdoors. A grill would be a welcome addition as well!

So I’ve spent some time browsing the Chaise Lounge Store looking for ideas. They have some dreamy modern indoor options that I can picture in some swanky oceanfront villa (not necessarily my home) , their outdoor chaises gave me plenty of ideas for our backyard!
