Meet my 3 dirt producers:
In a house with a 4 year old and two dogs that shed a ton, my floors are in constant need of attention. I seriously think I could sweep five times a day and still end up with dog hair tumbleweeds. Add in the difficulties of getting around with my chronic pain issues, I need a way to clean, an effective way to clean, that doesn’t involve getting up and down off the floor. I would need one of those “I’ve fallen and I can’t get up” buttons.
With all of these factors involved, we have been a huge fan of Swiffer products for years! I’m not sure how many of the Swiffer vacs we have gone through with the daily abuse it must endure in this house but it is worth absolutely every penny! The main problem I have is forgetting to plug it back up to charge thanks to my lovely brain fog. Whoops! So when I heard about the new Swiffer Sweep & Trap, I was very excited to give it a try!
It was very easy to put together and uses the same Swiffer dry cloths as their other products so there was no need to buy additional cloths. No power is required so no need for batteries or remembering to plug it up to charge. The rotating blades pick up the large particles that go into the easy to empty dirt bin while the dry cloth picks up the small particles. It picks up the dog hair wonderfully but if you have as hairy of beasts as mine, you will want to clean the rotating blades after use to keep from the hair from getting stuck around the blades but don’t worry, it is super easy to do! Even if you have issues with your hands like I do!

This product is most definitely a welcomed member of our Swiffer family and it makes cleaning up after my little dirt factories a breeze! It makes things quick and easy with no bending. It is super light weight. I give it two spoon-friendly thumbs up! Definitely allows me to embrace life’s little messes (or in some cases, big hairy messes) without a struggle!

Do you have any spoon-friendly products that make cleaning easier?
