Thursday was another rough day and it seemed that this year’s A Week In My Life series was maybe going to be the most boring week ever. Most of it was spent like this:
This has definitely been one of the most difficult flares I have had to deal with in quite a while. Not only was it the “normal” endometriosis or fibromyalgia flare, but a lot of the abdominal pains felt much like those surrounding my reoccurring obstructions which unfortunately make me quite anxious. Its hard not to flashback to the trauma of last summer and to not shut down completely. I tried to at least stay active on Twitter to keep myself from feeling so alone and anxious. I am also very thankful for my fabulous table that a friend built for me using this occasional table tutorial.
I was very excited to see Abby when she got home from school! This may be the cutest Halloween artwork I have ever seen:
I’ve seen a lot of Halloween art projects using handprints and footprints (I still have the artwork her daycare created using her footprints as ghosts her first Halloween!) but I thought turning her handprints into candy corn was so cute (hands + candy corn = handy corn).
We did a little homework before she headed out to gymnastics:
After gymnastics, its snuggle time before bed!
This little girl loves her dog!
