Well, hopefully anyways….I think….I have my 6 week post-op appointment on Thursday and my plans are to return to work on Monday (July 14). As much as I dread the thought of going back to work at times, I am ready to get some normalcy back in my life. I like having a schedule. The past two days I have felt really lazy. I have felt exhausted but I am at the point now where I feel lazy for doing nothing. I am defintiely WAY over daytime television. I am also hoping to be cleared for exercise at this appointment too! I did try to set up an appointment to see my rheumotologist but the first available appointment is August 6 (which sounds so far away but in reality its only 4 weeks away!) so hopefully we can work some magic there too!
On the adoption front, our article was published in today’s paper and we have had quite a response! One woman called the church and said that she had recorded a song about children waiting to be adopted and she wanted to donate some CDs so that all of the profits could go towards our adoption fund! It is so crazy that a woman that we have never met would be so gracious! We just feel so overwhelmed and blessed! We hope to have our preliminary application finished tomorrow and in the mail on Thursday! Yay!
